Our staff have the very difficult job of keeping the practice running smoothly. They are here to welcome you and to help you with any administrative or non-medical aspects of your treatment. The receptionists are fully trained, competent and caring. They may ask you to give a reason for your appointment. This is to ensure you are seen by the most appropriate person and for the doctor's information. The receptionists are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors, but if you do not wish to give a reason, please say so.
