Covid-19 Latest Information

You are still able to book appointments for your first, second or booster vaccinations. To arrange an appointment visit NHS Covid-19 Vaccine Booking Service or telephone 119. If you require a Medical Exemption Certificate for the vaccination you must contact 119 to make an application; a carer can ring on your behalf.

The NHS app allows you quick and easy access to your Covid pass. To read further information, help and support setting up the app and links to download the app visit NHS app

First Contact Physiotherapist

You can now book an appointment with a Physiotherapist by speaking to a Receptionist at the Practice. For more information and video about the service click here

Repeat Prescriptions

The practice does not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone. To easily and conveniently order your repeat prescription online you will need to first contact the practice to request your username and password and then follow this link Order Your Repeat Prescription Online alternatively use the NHS app which is easy to navigate and also allow you access to your Covid Pass NHS app We also have a box located in the entrance of the practice to drop off your repeat slip.


If you require medical assistance which isn't urgent then you can access advice via the e-consult. A GP or Administrative staff will get back to you within 48 working hours. You can also request fit notes and letters via e-consult.
