Cancelling Appointments 

To cancel your appointment:

•     use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
•      reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message. 
•     phone us on 01207 232384, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5.30pm
•     phone our cancellation number on 01207 288099 and leave a clear message. (messages will be picked up between 8:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday)
